SCRIBBLD Terms of Use

SCRIBBLD is made by LiveStack Studios. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using SCRIBBLD

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SCRIBBLD on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its artwork.

Accounts

You can play solo and against the computer without an account. Signing in with Apple is only needed to play against other people. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app.

Zero tolerance for abusive content and behaviour. SCRIBBLD lets players type words and answers that other players can see, and choose a display name. We do not allow content that is offensive, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that targets someone because of who they are.

When playing with other people, you agree not to:

You can report a player from the Friends list, and block anyone you don't want to hear from again. We review every report. Accounts that break these rules may have content removed and access suspended or permanently terminated, without notice.

Purchases and subscriptions

SCRIBBLD is free to play and supported by ads. If we offer optional paid features, purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms — we never see your payment details.

Where a subscription is offered, it renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.

Your content

Sketches you draw belong to you and stay on your device unless you save or share them yourself. Answers and words you type in a shared game are visible to the other players in that game so it can be scored.

Ads

The app shows banner ads supplied by Google AdMob. We never show ads in the middle of a game. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of SCRIBBLD, including online multiplayer, at any time. Games in progress and unclaimed invitations are deleted automatically after a period of inactivity — see the Privacy Policy for the exact timings.

Disclaimer

SCRIBBLD is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveStack Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Children

SCRIBBLD is not directed at children under 13. If you're under the age of majority where you live, please ask a parent or guardian before using the app.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
