SCRIBBLD Privacy Policy

SCRIBBLD is made by LiveStack Studios. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it. It describes what the app actually does — if we change that, we change this page.
Playing without an account
You can play every game solo or against the computer without signing in, without an account, and without giving us your name. Sign-in is only required when you want to play against a friend.
What we collect

What we do not collect
- Your contacts. The friends list inside SCRIBBLD is separate from your phone's address book. We never read it.
- Your photos. The app can save a sketch to your photo library when you tap Save. It cannot read anything already there.
- Your location. We do not request location. Our advertising provider may estimate an approximate region from your IP address.
- Payment details. Any purchase is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your card.
Your sketches
Drawings made in the Sketching canvas stay on your device. They are not uploaded to us. They leave your device only when you choose to save them to your photo library or share them.
How long we keep things
- Finished games are deleted automatically about a day after they end.
- Unclaimed invitations expire after 24 hours.
- Games left in progress are deleted after 7 days without a move.
- Your profile and friends list are kept until you delete your account.
Who we share with
We do not sell your data. We use these providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Google Firebase — sign-in, database, notifications, analytics. Firebase privacy
- Google AdMob — advertising. How Google uses data
- Apple — Sign in with Apple and, if you buy anything, payment.
Other players see only your display name and what you play in a shared game. They never see your email address.
Advertising and tracking
SCRIBBLD is free and shows banner ads. On first use we ask permission to track using Apple's standard prompt. You can say no — the app works exactly the same, and ads simply become less relevant. You can change your mind any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Children
SCRIBBLD is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app, in Settings. Deleting removes your profile, your friends entries, your notification token, and your games. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app, email us at JA@livestackstudios.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold, and to object to some processing. Email JA@livestackstudios.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
