Pop Crush Worlds ("the App") is developed by Livestack Studios ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.
By downloading or using Pop Crush Worlds, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Pop Crush Worlds displays ads provided by Google AdMob. When you first open the App, we ask for your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you allow tracking, AdMob may serve personalized ads based on your activity across apps and websites. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on cross-app tracking.
We configure AdMob to only serve general-audience ads (no gambling, alcohol, or mature content), consistent with our 4+ App Store rating.

We retain anonymous game data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. To permanently delete your data, contact us at support@livestackstudios.com. We will remove your leaderboard entry and all associated anonymous data within 30 days.
Pop Crush Worlds is rated 4+ on the App Store and is appropriate for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. All identifiers we collect are anonymous. Our advertising is configured for general audiences and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We use Firebase's industry-standard security rules to protect data stored on our servers. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security but use all commercially reasonable means to protect your information.
Pop Crush Worlds is available worldwide. Game data is stored on Google Firebase servers, which may be located outside your country. Google maintains appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
