This Privacy Policy explains what information Fidget Slimey Zone ("the App", "we", "us", "our") collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
LiveStack Studios operates the App and is the data controller for any personal data processed under this Policy.
The following data is stored locally in your device's storage and is never transmitted to any server. It is permanently erased when you delete the app or use the in-app reset function.
On first launch, the App generates an anonymous user ID. This ID is used to create an anonymous credential with Firebase Authentication and is sent to RevenueCat as an app user ID for entitlement and subscription management. It does not identify you personally in any way.
Sign-in is entirely optional. You can use all core features anonymously. If you choose to sign in:
Apple Sign In — we receive an Apple relay token and, if you grant permission, your name and email address.
Google Sign In — we receive a Google ID token, your email address, display name, and profile photo URL.
This data is stored in Firebase Firestore under your user ID to enable cross-device progress sync. Signing out removes your local credential but does not automatically delete your Firestore record. To request deletion of your server-side data, contact us at ja@livestackstudios.com.
Firebase Crashlytics — automatically collected when the app crashes. Data includes stack trace, OS version, device model, app version, and an anonymous Firebase installation ID. No personally identifiable information is included.
Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous event data such as level_up, slime_saved, and purchase_complete. This data is tied to a Firebase installation ID, not to your personal identity.
The App displays ads via Google AdMob. Ads appear on the Home, Toys, and Slime Play screens (banner), every fifth toy navigation (interstitial), and as an optional rewarded ad capped at 3 per day in exchange for in-game coins.
On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before any ad is loaded. If you grant permission, AdMob may receive your Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) to show personalised ads. If you deny permission, only non-personalised contextual ads are shown and your IDFA is never accessed.
For users in the European Union, a Google UMP consent dialog is displayed on first launch. Your consent choice is stored and respected on every subsequent launch.
All ad inventory is configured to family-safe content with a maximum content rating of Parental Guidance.
All payment transactions are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We never receive or store your credit card or payment information. RevenueCat receives your anonymous app user ID, transaction receipts relayed from Apple, product IDs purchased, and your current entitlement state to manage your subscription and support purchase restoration across devices.

The App is designed for general audiences including families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond what is necessary to operate the App, and we do not share any such information with third parties for advertising purposes.
All ad inventory is restricted to family-safe content. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us at ja@livestackstudios.com and we will promptly delete it.
To exercise any of these rights, email ja@livestackstudios.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security measures including Firebase's server-side encryption and Apple's secure credential storage. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your device updated and protected.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you within the App.
